Vipers Sports Club will be all out to collect maximum points when they face Onduparaka FC in an Azam Uganda Premier League match at their St Marys Stadium on Tuesday.
After failing to stop struggling Bright Stars FC last week by collecting one point, Vipers SC coach Miguel Da Costa has said they are all out to win their remaining games as they target second place on the log.
“We have continued to work hard and our target is to finish second on the table,” the Portuguese born coach told AfricanFootball.com.
Vipers SC are currently third on the log with 46 points from 27 matches played.
“We cannot afford another defeat on Tuesday at home,” said Vipers SC player Aziz Kemba.
Onduparaka FC stopped Vipers SC 1-0 in the first leg round played in Arua District.
In-form Tony Odur who has netted 10 goals in the League together with Erisa Ssekisambu are expected to lead the home team’s attack, while Shaban Mohammad who was part of the Uganda Cranes team at the 2017 Total Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon leads Onduparaka’s attack.
After a 5-1 loss to KCCA FC last weekend, Kirinya Jinja SSS FC will hope to bounce back when they face bottom placed JMC Hippos FC at the Kakindu Stadium.
Victory will see Kirinya Jinja SSS FC move out of the relegation zone.
The other games on card will see Express FC host Proline FC, while 12th placed Bidco FC battle Sadolin Paints FC.
Fourth placed URA FC will face Police FC at the Mandela National Stadium, Namboole and Soana FC travel to Bombo to battle The Saints FC.
