Good afternoon and welcome to our coverage of the 2017 CAF Champions League Group D clash between Coton Sport and Zanaco from the Roumde Adjia Stadium in Garoua, on Wednesday 21 June 2017.

All times CAT

90+4' - Full time - It ends 1-0 to Zanaco, who have taken a massive stride toward the quarterfinals with this victory! It's tough on Coton Sport, who probably deserved more from the match, but that's football for you.

90+1' - GOAL! Coton Sport 0-1 Zanaco - Zanaco on the counter attack, Sakala with a chance... this time he buries it with a shot across the face of goal!

88' - Clear chance for Sakala, but Omossola makes a superb save and then gets up to keep out the rebound from Kwame!

85' - Zanaco with a rare chance (in recent minutes) to test Coton's defence as Bwenbya goes for goal from a free kick, but once again his effort is poor.

83' - Another confident claim from Nsabata, with Coton now throwing long balls into the Zanaco box at will.

80' - Coton's final change sees Ngah Wanja make way for Harouna Mahamat.

78' - Coton Sport skipper Ewonde goes into the book after chopping down Sakala.

75' - Consecutive corners for Coton, who very much look the likelier scorers now.

73' - Coton with a free kick just to the right of the penalty area. Ngah Wanja whips in the cross, but Nsabata makes a confident catch.

71' - Less than 20 minutes to play in this match, will we see a goal before full time?

68' - Kombous heads a loose ball just wide of the mark, before Coton make another change by introducing Moise Sakava Sangola in place of Batai.

67' - Another change for the visitors sees Attram Kwame replace Nyaende, with Zanaco looking to get some more energy in attack.

65' - Coton's first change sees Mayakmon make way for Kamilou Daouda.

64' - Much better play from Coton, who have found a new confidence in the last few minutes, though their fans groan loudly when Bongyang punts an aimless ball forward to give away possession.

61' - Mvondo shoots for goal direct from a long-range free kick, but it's easy pickings for Nsabata.

58' - Coton speed away on the counter through Ngah Wanja, but his attempt to stab a shot with the outside of his right foot is blocked by Nsabata!

57' - It's been all Zanaco in the second half, the hosts have hardly had a touch. But can the Zambians find a way through this Coton Sport defence?

53' - Sakala with a great chance at close range, but Omossola makes a sharp save at his near post to keep the scores level!

50' - Zanaco skipper Tembo is booked for a nasty-looking collision in the middle of the park.

48' - Zanaco make their first change as Boyd Musonda replaces Mpiana.

47' - Mbewe with a half chance from a tight angle, but he skews his shot high and wide.

46' - Back underway in the second half, no changes from either team at the break.

45'+2 - Half time - Goalless at the break. Zanaco have looked the better team, but Coton have grown in confidence and had the best chance to open the scoring, with Romaric missing a great opportunity 21 minutes in.

45' - Coton with their first corner kick of the match, but Bongyang can't quite get a clean header on the ball.

43' - Bwenbya with a truly awful effort at a long range free kick which nearly travels out of the stadium. The less said about that, the better.

41' - Closing in on half time here in Garoua, it's looking like a stalemate through the first stanza.

39' - Patient play from Zanaco, who are knocking the ball around nicely despite the pitch looking a little heavy and bumpy.

36' - Zanaco beginning to turn the screw in attack, but Coton are holding on thus far.

34' - Sakala with a clear shooting chance in the penalty area but his effort is straight at the goalkeeper!

32' - Nice play from Pitroipa, as he turns away from a defender and makes space for a shot, but his effort skips wide of goalkeeper Nsabata's left-hand post.

31' - Coton captain Ewonde is lucky not to be booked for a cynical tackle from behind in the middle of the park.

27' - Coton sitting quite deep in defence as they look to frustrate the Zambians, who are pushing and probing across the width of the pitch to try and find a way through.

23' - Past the midway point of the first half, still goalless here in Garoua.

21' - Pitroipa with a glaring chance to open the scoring after his late run is picked out by a fine cross from Kaou, but he somehow slices his shot wide!

19' - Now the Coton goalkeeper makes a mess of trying to catch a cross and Sakala's effort on goal is cleared off the line by Bongyang!

17' - Zanaco's Sakala latches onto a loose ball near the edge of the box and shoots on target, but Omossola gets behind the ball to make a comfortable save.

15' - Zanaco with the first corner kick of the match, but it's well dealt with by the hosts as Batai heads clear.

13' - The first shot in anger comes from Coton's Pitroipa, but his effort from outside the penalty flies high and wide.

12' - Super sliding tackle from Bwenbya to cut short an attack from the hosts, who are now looking to use their pace out wide to greater effect.

9' - Better play from Coton Sport as they look to get the likes of Pitroipa and Jean Joseph on the ball, but Zanaco still look comfortable in these early stages.

5' - Unconvincing at the back from Coton, as a free kick from out wide for Zanaco causes a problem in the penalty area, but the hosts get it clear in the end.

4' - Zanaco enjoying plenty of possession early on, but the teams are still finding their footing in the game.

1' - Kick-off - We are underway in Garoua! Coton Sport wear all-white, while Zanaco don their famous red and black colours.

15h55 - The teams are out on the pitch, the referee for this match is Gabon's Eric Otogo-Castane.

15h50 - Here are the line-ups:

Coton Sport: Omossola Simon Loti, Ewonde Ewonde, Paul Serge Mvondo, Alafi Mayakmon, Kombous Jean Joseph, Ronald Ngah Wanja, Kaou Fabril, Batai Marcel, Pitroipa Romaric, Bongyang Dzekem, Maakte Ulrich Yampili

Zanaco: Toaster Nsabata, Ziyo Tembo, Chongo Chirwa, Saith Sakala, Taonga Bwenbya, Ernest Mbewe, Kitumbo Mpiana, Richard Kasonde, Augustine Mulenga, Felix Nyaende, George Chilufya

15h45 - Fifteen minutes to kick-off in Garoua. This  is a match which presents Zanaco with the chance to go clear at the top of the group, while Coton are chasing their first points.
