Zesco United will bank on their home ground advantage when they meet Al-Hillal Al-Ubayyid in their final CAF Confederation Cup Group C match on Sunday.

The Zambian side has only managed to win two matches and draw one, but will now want to claim another win and cement a spot in the quarterfinals.

United are fresh from a 1-1 draw against Egyptian giants SC Smouha away last week and will want to boost their morale with a win.

Sitting at number two with seven points, coach Zlatko Kromptic is aware that a win will take them to 10 points, but to face the log leaders will not be an easy assignment.

Looking at the Sudanese outfit, Ubayyid are comfortable at number one with 10 points and have already qualified for the knockout stages.

However, a win will ensure they wrap their group stage campaign on a high and see them finishing with 13 points after six matches.

In their previous match, they beat Recreativo Do Libolo 2-0 at home and will now head to Lusaka in high spirits.

The encounter is set to be staged at 16:00 CAT and the venue is the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
