Although they have reached the knockout stages of the CAF Champions League, Tunisian giants Esperance will target a win against Saint George in their final Group C tie on Sunday.

Leading the group standings with nine points means they have reached the next stage of the tournament, but will want to claim a convincing victory at home.

The Blood and Gold are aware that the Ethiopians are no pushovers, as they have challenged for recognition in continental football.

Despite their qualification, Faouzi Benzarti's charges will be motivated to go all out and ensure they consolidate their top spot.

Esperance drew 2-2 against the bottom-placed AS Vita away in Kinshasa last weekend and will now respect Saint George.

Shifting focus to the visitors, the Ethiopians are out of the race to reach the knockout stages, but finishing at number three remains their mission.

They sit at the third spot with five points from as many matches, they have one win and two draws and will want to defy the odds and beat Esperance.

In the previous round involving the two giants, the match ended in a 0-0 draw in Addis Ababa, which means the result could go either way.

Stade Olympique de Radès is the venue on Sunday and the match is set to get underway at 19:00 (CAT).
