Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski is looking forward to competing with Borussia Dortmund forward Emerick-Pierre Aubameyang once again.
The two prolific marksmen competed for the 2016/17 Bundesliga Golden Boot until the last day of the campaign.
Gabon international Aubameyang beat Polish frontman Lewandowski to the award after the two stars scored 31 and 30 league goals respectively.
Aubameyang has been linked with a possible a return to Italian giants AC Milian, but Dortmund have recently stated that the player will be staying with the club.
“It’s good for the Bundesliga,” Lewandowski told Sport Bild.
“And it’s also good for us: when we became champions early.
"We lacked pressure. This means the competition and pressure will be high.”
Aubameyang, 28, has also been linked with French side Paris Saint Germain (PSG) and English champions Chelsea FC.
Lewandowski, 28, is also expected to stay with Bayern, who won last season's German Bundesliga title.
