Togo international Djene Dakonam has secured a long-term deal with Spanish La Liga club Getafe.
The talented defender has been plying his trade in the Belgian First Division A for Sint-Truidense.
Getafe have since revealed that the 25-year-old centre back has joined the club on a long-term deal.
The club made the announcement on their official website.
A club statement read: "Djene Dakonam Ortega, DJENÉ, is a player of Getafe CF, SAD for the next four seasons.
"The Togolese defender arrives from the Sint - Truiden team of the Belgian First Division.
"The player also played for AD Alcorcón, Cotonsport Garoua and FC Tonnerre. Tomorrow will join the discipline of the azulón team in the Oliva stage."
Dakonam made 19 league appearances for Sint-Truidense last season.
He represented his country at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals in Gabon.
