Manchester City have placed a £13 million price tag on Swansea City target Wilfried Bony, according to Sunday Mirror Sports.
The Citizens have rejected the Swans opening approach for the Ivory Coast international, with the Welsh club having to up their bid if they are to lure the burly forward back to the Liberty Stadium.
Swansea sold Bony to City for a fee in the region of £28 million in January 2015, but the forward struggled for regular game time at the Etihad and spent last season on-loan at Stoke City.
Fenerbahce, Besiktas and unknown Chinese clubs are said to be monitoring Bony's situation.
Bony rejected a move to China 12-months ago in favour of a move to the Potters, but failed to make the desired impact at the club. The former Vitesse forward was the Premier League's leading scorer in 2014 with 20 goals in the calendar year.
