18h00 - We end with news of the final scores for the afternoon Premier League matches: Sadio Mane's goal helped Liverpool win 1-0 at home to Crystal Palace, Mario Lemina's Southampton scored a late penalty to defeat Andre Ayew's West Ham United 3-2, Ahmed Hegazy's West Brom won 1-0 at Burnley, Riyad Mahrez provided an assist in Leicester's 2-0 win over Brighton and Nordin Amrabat's Watford won 2-0 at Bournemouth.

17h50 - Half time in the early Ligue 1 game, where Bertrand Traore's 10-man Lyon lead Bordeaux 2-1.

17h40 - Andre Ayew's West Ham have fought from two goals down to be level at 2-2 away to Southampton. Coming up in 20 minutes there's the first Serie A match of the day, which sees Mehdi Benatia start for Juventus at home to Cagliari.

17h30 - Half an hour gone in the early Ligue 1 match, where Bertand Traore's Lyon lead Bordeaux 2-0. In England, Ahmed Hegazy's West Brom lead 1-0 at Burnley and Sadio Mane has scored to put Liverpool 1-0 up at home to Palace!

17h25 - Done and dusted in the afternoon Bundesliga matches, where Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored a goal in Dortmund's 3-0 win at Wolfsburg, Salomon Kalou's Hertha Berlin claimed a 2-0 win at home to Stuttgart and Lamine Sane's Werder Bremen went down 1-0 away to Hoffenheim. Leon Balogun didn't get off the bench in Mainz's 0-1 loss at home to Hannover, while Hamburger beat Augsburg 1-0.

17h20 - Mohamed Salah has come off the bench for Liverpool, can he help the Reds break the deadlock against Crystal Palace?

17h15 - Harry Maguire has scored from Riyad Mahrez's corner kick to make it 2-0 to Leicester City at home to Brighton.

17h05 - Leon Balogun remains on the bench for Mainz, who now find themselves 1-0 down at home to Hannover.

16h55 - Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has scored to put Dortmund 3-0 up away to Wolfsburg, while Salomon Kalou's Hertha lead Stuttgart 2-0.

16h50 - Half time in the Premier League afternoon matches, where Mario Lemina's Southampton lead 2-1 at home to West Ham, while Wilfred Ndidi's Leicester City hold a 1-0 advantage over Brighton. The other matches - Bournemouth v Watford, Burnley v West Brom and Liverpool v Crystal Palace - are goalless.

16h45 - Andre Ayew's Hammers have pulled a goal back way to the Saints, with Javier Hernandez netting just before the interval.

16h40 - Andre Ayew's West Ham have been reduced to 10 men following the dismissal of Marko Arnautovic and are now 2-0 down away to Mario Lemina's Southampton, while Salomon Kalou's Hertha Berlin have taken the lead against Stuttgart.

16h30 - Some team news ahead of the early Ligue 1 game in France kicking off at 17h00: Bertrand Traore starts for Olympique Lyon at home to Girondins de Bordeaux, who have Francois Kamano and Younousse Sankhare in their XI.

16h20 - Half time in the Bundesliga matches, where Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's Dortmund lead 2-0 at Wolfsburg and Hamburger lead Augsburg 1-0. The other three matches are goalless at the break, including Salomon Kalou's Hertha Berlin at home to VfB Stuttgart.

16h15 - Mario Lemina's Southampton lead 1-0 against West Ham thanks to Manolo Gabbiadini's goal.

16h05 - Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's Dortmund now lead 2-0 at Wolfsburg, while Riyad Mahrez's Leicester City have already claimed a 1-0 advantage at home to Brighton thanks to an early goal from Shinji Okazaki.

16h00 - We are underway in the Premier League's afternoon matches, let's hope for some top performances from our African Stars!

15h55 - Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's Dortmund lead 1-0 at Wolfsburg thanks to a goal from Christian Pulisic.

15h50 - Last but not least, Sadio Mane and Joel Matip (with Mohamed Salah on the bench) feature for Liverpool against Crystal Palace, and Mario Lemina will come up against Andre Ayew in the Southampton v West Ham clash.

15h45 - Further team news from the Premier League, where Wilfred Ndidi and Riyad Mahrez start for Leicester City at home to Brighton, while Nordin Amrabat features for Watford away to Bournemouth.

15h40 - In 20 minutes we'll have a further five Premier League matches kicking off, one of which sees Ahmed Hegazy and Allan Nyom feature in defence for West Brom at Burnley.

15h35 - There's also good news for fans of Ivorian defender Eric Bailly, who scored his first goal for Manchester United in the early Premier League match. The Red Devils whipped Swansea City 4-0 in Wales for a second successive big win.
