The second leg of the 2018 African Nations Championship qualifying tie between Guinea and Senegal has been postponed due to inclement weather.
The match was scheduled to kick-off at 18h30 CAT at the 28 September Stadium in Conakry on Tuesday evening, but incessant rains have forced match officials to abandon their plans.
An attempt to play the match within 24 hours of its original time, as per the tournament regulations, will be made on Wednesday.
"It is because of the heavy rains that still run in the Guinean capital that the game has been postponed," Senegal FA boss Victor Ciss is quoted by APS.
The Teranga Lions lead 3-1 from the first leg and are looking to become the 16th and final team to book a spot at the finals in Kenya.
