Despite media reports linking him with a move away from Kampala Capital City Authority, striker Robert Ssentongo was blocked at the airport as he tried to leave Uganda.
Reports in the country indicate that Ssentongo was blocked on Tuesday from travelling out of the country.
According to Kawowo Sports, officials at Entebbe International Airport stopped the diminutive centre forward from jetting out of the country over what they termed as ‘unclear conditions'.

Ssentongo reportedly presented his one way electronic air ticket to the officials, but they demanded a two way ticket.
“Hopefully this mess will be sorted so soon because I have to travel out of the country for work,” a visibly angry Ssentongo told Kawowo Sports.
The Ugandan website indicates that Ssentongo, who is wanted by a couple of clubs in the Democratic Republic of Congo, was destined for North Africa.
The player's contract at KCCA is still running for another season, but manager Mike Mutebi has indicated he won't be continuing with the forward.
