Former Chelsea Youth Development player Habib Makonjuola has signed a four-year deal with English Premier League rivals Leicester City following a successful trial, according to reports.
Makonjuola, 18, spent four years at Stamford Bridge with the midfielder having joined the Blues in aftermath of the 2013 FIFA Under-17 World Cup.
The teenage star was only 14-years-old when he won the world showpiece - hosted in the United Arab Emirates - with Nigeria.
Leicester City First Team forward Kelechi Iheanacho was named as the Best Player of said tournament, with the former Manchester City man to be joined at the King Power Stadium by his national teammate.
The Foxes boast no fewer than three Nigerians in their Premier League squad with Ahmed Musa and Wilfred Ndidi also contracted to the club.
