The CAF Confederation Cup match between SuperSport United and Club Africain has been shifted from Saturday to Sunday.
The teams’ semifinal, first-leg clash was initially set to be played on September 30 at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Tshwane, kick-off at 15h00 CAT.
However, CAF have since moved the match to October 1, with the venue and kick-off time remaining the same.
SuperSport released the following statement:
“CAF CONFEDERATION CUP FIXTURE CHANGE
“SuperSport United have received a communique informing us that CAF have decided to re-schedule the match between SuperSport United (RSA) and Club Africain (Tunisia) from Saturday, 30 September 2017 to Sunday, 1 October 2017 at the Lucas Moripe Stadium at 15h00.
“Since SuperSport United have no choice but to comply, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to our supporters and other stakeholders.”
The other semifinal, first-leg match between TP Mazembe and FUS Rabat will be played in Lubumbashi on the same day, kick-off at 15h30 CAT.
