Despite missing the services of striker Brian Mwila, Zambia coach Wedson Nyirenda says he has plan B to unsettle the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The Chipolopolo manager is preparing his troops for their crucial encounter against the West Africans on Saturday in a 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
Nyirenda says they will miss key striker, Mwila, but they have ample backup for Saturday’s big date away in Uyo.

With midfielder Edward Chilufya ruled out of this weekend’s penultimate Group B qualifier due to an administrative matter at the club, Nyirenda says good coaches must have plan B.
“When Plan A does not go well, good coaches will always have Plan B in place and we had already prepared ourselves for any eventuality,” Nyirenda said to Lusaka Times.
“I think the replacements in Alex Ngo’nga and the other boys that we have brought into camp can do the job and do wonders for the team.”
Mwila sustained a knee injury in Zambia’s 3-1 Group B win at home against Algeria where he scored a brace.
However, Nyirenda has depth in attack with options including Orlando Pirates striker Justin Shonga, Fashion Sakala and Patson Daka.
