Ugandan national team coach Moses Basena has named his squad to face off against the Red Devils of Congo in their final 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier.

The Cranes mentor has announced a 32-man squad from which he will select the final team to travel to Brazzaville for the qualifier on November 12.

"We shall use the match to fine tune players for forthcoming international fixtures for the CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup, CHAN in Morocco and the 2019 Nations Cup Qualifiers,” said Basena.

“The door is not closed for other players.

"We want to finish on a high in this campaign as positive results create a good attitude from the players and within the camp.”

The squad which predominantly has players featuring in the Azam Uganda Premier League and eight foreign-based stars, will assemble for camp on November 01 at Mandela National Stadium.
