Zambia and Cameroon to battle for second spot

Zambia will lock horns with Zambia in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualification (CAF) Group B match on Saturday.

Kick-of is at 15h00 CAT.

The match will take place at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in the Zambian city of Ndola.

Chipolopolo's hopes of qualifying for the World Cup came to an end last month after they lost 1-0 to Nigeria away.

Zambia are placed second on Group B standings with seven points having recorded two victories, two defeats and one draw.

A victory for the Southern African giants against Cameroon, will see Zambia finish second in the group.

Meanwhile, Cameroon have also failed fo qualify for the finals which will be hosted by Russia next year.

The Indomitable Lions are placed third on Group B log with six points having registered one win, three draws and one defeat.

The reigning African champions will finish second in the group if they secure a victory over Zambia.

Moroccan referee Rédouane Jiyed is the man, who will be in charge of the match between Zambia and Cameroon.
