Ghana have been dealt two blows ahead of their 2018 World Cup qualifier against Egypt this weekend after both Asamoah Gyan and Christian Atsu limped out of training yesterday.Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan pulled out of Black Stars training this evening in Cape Coast with what looked like a thigh injury.
