The Cranes of Uganda are ready to face the Red Devils of Congo Brazzaville in their final 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier on Sunday.
Coach Moses Basena says they want to wrap up their qualifying campaign on a high by getting a win over the Congolese side.
Uganda assembled for camp on Sunday and embarked on a two-session training schedule each day before they travel to Libreville on November 10.

Fresh from a 1-0 away loss to Egypt last month, they want to finish on a high with their first win away from home.
“We want to complete the qualifiers on a high note so that it helps us keep well motivated and also improve in the FIFA World rankings,” Basena said to The Observer.
“We shall mix the team with home based players as we also prepare for the Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup later this month and the 2018 Africa Nations Championship.”
Meanwhile, skipper Denis Onyango said winning away in Congo will motivate them more in bringing a winning mentality into the team.
“We need to get into the habit of winning away from home so that it helps us build a winning mentality,” added Onyango.
After the away game, the Cranes are expected to start preparations for the 2017 CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup slated for November 25 to December 9 in Kakamega and Kisumu, in Kenya.
