Kgotso Moleko looks set to leave Kaizer Chiefs at the end of the 2017-18 Premier Soccer League (PSL) season, according to reports.

South African publication Phakaaathi report that the Amakhosi are set to release the 28-year-old at the end of the current campaign, a year before his contract is set to run it's course.

Moleko, who joined the Glamour Boys from Bloemfontein Celtic in 2012, is currently out of action having picked up a knee injury in the Macufe Cup.

The 28-year-old featured just seven times in all competitions for Amakhosi last season, having struggled to pen down a regular starting spot.

Siyabonga Ngezana has been featuring adequately in a three-man centre-back pairing for Steve Komphela's troops with preferred right-back Ramahlwe Mphahlele also out of action due to injury. Utility-attacker Joseph Malongoane has also impressed in a wing-back role.
