Senegalese striker Oumar Niasse has explained that he is happy at Everton and fully committed to the club’s cause.
The 27-year-old earned a penalty (converted by Leighton Baines) and scored a goal of his own to help the Toffees earn a 2-2 draw away to Crystal Palace this past weekend.
Niasse was strongly linked with a move to Palace in the last transfer window, but insists he is happy at Goodison Park.
"I was about to come here [Crystal Palace] and at the end it did not happen because they know exactly what happened," Niasse said in the wake of the match at Selhurst Park.
"I am not going to go deep inside of what exactly happened. They know.
"I am happy at Everton. That is it. I moved to come to Palace with the medical check and everything and if that didn't happen you have to understand."
