Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte has confirmed that Victor Moses will not make his return in tonight's UEFA Champions League clash against Qarabag.

The 26-year-old hasn't featured for the Blues since mid-October due to a hamstring injury, and despite initial hopes that he would feature in Azerbaijan this evening, Conte has confirmed that he will play no part.

Moses, though, could make his return away to Liverpool in the English Premier League this weekend, in what should be a rip-roaring encounter.

Conte is desperate for the Nigerian to return to action, but has called for patience as he aims to avoid an injury setback for the former Reds winger.

Moses, who was named the Footballer of the Year at the Nigerian Sports Awards last week, played an integral part in Chelsea's success last season and has flourished in a wing-back role.
