Uganda and Township Rollers midfielder Ivan Ntege has attracted interest in the South African Premier Soccer League, with Orlando Pirates keeping tabs on him.

According to media reports in Botswana, Pirates coach Milutin Sredojevic a former Cranes mentor, is known to be a fan of the Ugandan international.

With Rollers open to listening to offers, the Botswana Premier League outfit could part ways with Ntege and Tshepo Matete who is linked with a move to AmaZulu.

Speaking to the Sunday Standard newspaper in Botswana, Rollers spokesperson Bafana Pheto says they are yet to receive offers regarding their duo.

“We are open to offers regarding any of our players and encourage our players to work hard to gain recognition in big leagues," Pheto told Sunday Standard.

"We will not stand in any way of players if offers come forth but at the moment we have not heard anything formal but aware of such rumours,”

Although Pheto declined to divulge the duo's worth in the transfer market, he insists they would hold discussions at management level to decide on the value of players.
