Italian giants Internazionale are reportedly keen on signing Leicester City’s Tunisian defender Yohan Benalouane.
The Leicester Mercury quotes Leicester manager Claude Puel as saying that he “didn't know" if Benalouane had a future at the Foxes.
The French-born Carthage Eagles defender has yet to make a competitive senior appearance in the 2017/18 campaign.
The Sun reports that Benalouane may have a route out of the King Power Stadium, with Serie A heavyweights Inter keen to add to their defensive options.
Inter already have Milan Skriniar, Miranda and Andrea Ranocchia available in central defence, but Zinho Vanheudsen’s absence due to knee ligament damage, means they are keen to find reinforcements, and Benalouane would fit the bill.
The 30-year-old Tunisian has experience in Italian football, having played for Cesena, Parma, Atalanta and Fiorentina in his club career.
