Former Cameroon international Eric Djemba-Djemba believes that Kylian Mbappe is a more accomplished player at this point in time than Cristiano Ronaldo was at the same stage of his outstanding career.
Mbappe, 18, has continued to make steady progress since making his debut for Monaco two years ago with the forward having joined French Ligue 1 rivals Paris Saint-Germain in a big-money move ahead of the 2016-17 season.
The Les Bleus forward has blossomed in the French capital and has set the path for what promises to be an extremely successful career for both club and country.
Djemba-Djemba, who played alongside Ronaldo at Manchester United, stated that Mbappe is ahead of the Portuguese great as a teenage-starlet.

"I find Mbappe a notch above Cristiano Ronaldo at this age. I find Mbappe a bit above," Djemba-Djemba told SFR Sport.
"At the same age, Mbappe has a little more experience. But for me, it's the same class."
Mbappe, though, has a very long way to go if he is to come close to, match or even surpass the achievements of one of the best ever players the world has ever seen.
