Moroccan international forward Khalid Boutaib will be aiming to end his goal drought in the Turkish Süper Lig when Yeni Malatyaspor take on Göztepe this Saturday.

Boutaib, 30, has failed to find the back of the net in his last three fixtures with his club side continuing to struggle without his contribution in front of goal.

Malatyaspor last registered a league win at the end of October, with Boutaib on the score-sheet as the Malatya-based club beat Genclerbirligi 1-0.

Having scored a mere 16 goals in 14 games this season, Malatyaspor are relying on Boutaib to break their hiatus with the forward having netted six times in the Turkish top-flight this season.

Boutaib will be hoping to get back on the scoring trend as he sets his sights on next year's World Cup in Russia.

The Atlas Lions have been drawn in Group B alongside Iran, Portugal and Spain.
