Egypt will look to bag their second win at the U-20 Cosafa Cup when they face Mauritius in their second Group B match on Saturday.
The teams will clash at the Nkana Stadium, with kick-off set for 11h30 CAT.
The young Pharaohs got their tournament off to a great start when they defeated Mozambique 1-0 in their opener on Wednesday, with Hussein Abdelkader scoring the decisive goal.
Yet the North Africans find themselves second in Group B behind South Africa, who defeated Mauritius 2-0 on Thursday thanks to a brace of goals from Lyle Foster.
With only the group winners guaranteed of a place in the semifinal, Egypt will be aiming to record a comprehensive victory over Mauritius to move to six points and boost their goal difference.
The day’s other match sees SA and Mozambique meet at the same venue, with kick-off at 14h30.
