17h30 - We conclude our ASW with news that it's now 2-0 to Verona away to Alfred Gomis' Spal in Serie A, while Mohamed Salah's goal still separates Liverpool from Everton.

17h20 - Half time in Germany, where Salif Sane's Hannover are being held 0-0 at home by Hoffenheim.

17h15 - Alfred Gomis has conceded a goal for Spal in the Serie A, as they find themselves 1-0 down at home to Verona.

17h05 - Half time in the Premier League, where Mohamed Salah has scored to put Liverpool 1-0 up against Everton in their derby clash.

16h50 - Half time in Ligue 1, where Serge Gakpe's goal still sees Amiens leading Lyon 1-0. We've also reached the interval in the Serie A matches, where Seko Fofana's Udinese lead Benevento 2-0, Kalidou Koulibaly's Napoli are drawing 0-0 with Fiorentina and Alfred Gomis' Spal are holding Veron 0-0.

16h40 - We're also 10 minutes into a Bundesliga match which sees Hannover host Hoffenheim. Ihlas Bebou and Salif Sane have started for the former.

16h35 - The second La Liga game of the day kicks off at 17h15 and sees Real Betis host Atletico Madrid. Ryad Boudebouz, Aissa Mandi and Zouhair Feddal start for the hosts, while the away team feature Thomas Partey.

16h20 - Seko Fofana's Udinese hold a 1-0 lead over Benevento thanks to a strike from Antonin Barak.

16h15 - Underway in the Merseyside derby, where Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane will be looking to fire Liverpool to victory.

16h10 - Serge Gakpe has netted to give Amiens an early 1-0 lead at home to Lyon in Ligue 1.

16h00 - Kicking off at this hour we have the first Ligue 1 game of the day, which sees Amiens host Lyon. Bongani Zungu, Moussa Konate, Gael Kakuta, Serge Gakpe and Bakaye Dibassy feature for the former, while the latter have Maxwel Cornet in their XI.

15h55 - Full time in the early Premier League game, where Sofiane Boufal's Southampton held Arsenal 1-1 at home. Sadly Alex Iwobi didn't get off the bench for the Gunners.

15h50 - Sofiane Boufal has come off the bench for Southampton, but they have conceded an equaliser to Arsenal's Olivier Giroud to make it 1-1 at St Mary's.

15h45 - Coming up at 16h15 we'll have the Merseyside derby in the Premier League, with Liverpool hosting Everton.  Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah start in attack for the Reds, while the Toffees have Mane's compatriots Idrissa Gueye and Oumar Niasse.

15h30 - Our last Serie A game kicking off in 30 minutes sees Spal host Verona - Senegal goalkeeper Alfred Gomis starts for the home team.

15h20 - More team news from Italy, where Seko Fofana starts for Udinese at home to Benevento, who have Raman Chisbah in their XI.

15h15 - Team news from Serie A matches which will kick-off at 16h00. Kalidou Koulibaly starts for Napoli at home to Fiorentina, who have Khouma Babacar on the bench.

15h00 - Done and dusted in La Liga, where Youssef El Nesiry's second-half appearance helped Malaga claim a 2-0 win over Real Sociedad.

14h50 - Half time in the Premier League, where Sofiane Boufal's Southampton lead Arsenal 1-0. Will the Gunners turn to Alex Iwobi to change things up in the second half?

14h45 - Closing in on full time in Spain, where Youssef El Nesiry's Malaga still lead 2-0 away to Sociedad.

14h30 - Solid stuff from Southampton in the Premier League, they continue to lead Alex Iwobi's Arsenal 1-0 and are worthy of their advantage.

14h20 - Youssef El Nesiry has come off the bench for Malaga, who now lead 2-0 in that La Liga clash.

14h10 - In Spain we're into the second half of a La Liga clash between Real Sociedad and Malaga, with the latter featuring Morocco's Youssef El Nesiry on their bench.

14h05 - We're also well into the first half of a Serie A match between Chievo and Roma, though aside from Italian-Egyptian Stephan El Sharaawy there is no real African interest. Mario Lemina's Southampton lead Arsenal 1-0 thanks to an early strike from Charlie Austin.

14h00 - We begin with team news from a Premier League match kicking off at this hour which sees Southampton host Arsenal. No African starters in either side, though the Saints have Sofiane Boufal and Mario Lemina on the bench, while the Gunners have Alex Iwobi waiting in reserve.
