Namibia, Zimbabwe battle for final four spot in Kitwe

Namibia and Zimbabwe will go head-to-head for a place in the semifinals of the 2017 U20 COSAFA Cup when they lock horns at the Nkana Stadium in Kitwe on Tuesday.

Kick-off is at 15h00 CAT.

The two Southern African nations currently occupy second and third spot respectively in Group C with Namibia a point behind Zimbabwe and group leaders Lesotho.

Namibia beat Angola 1-0 before suffering a 2-1 defeat to Likuena who take on Palancas Negras at the same time on Tuesday afternoon.

Six-time champions Zimbabwe were held to a goalless draw by Lesotho before edging Angola 1-0 as the Young Warriors now set their sights on a place in the knockout stages of the competition.

Only the group leader is guaranteed a place in the final four at the on-going showpiece in Zambia.
