Nigerian star Victor Moses has expressed his satisfaction at having made his 50th Premier League appearance for Chelsea.
The Super Eagles man brought up the milestone in the Blues’ 1-0 win over Southampton at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
“Big win yesterday! Honoured to make my 50th Premier League start for the club too,” Mikel posted on Twitter yesterday.
Moses’ 50th EPL appearance for Chelsea comes soon after he made his 200th career appearance in the English top flight, against Huddersfield Town last midweek.
He is also on 98 appearances for the Blues across all competitions since his arrival from Wigan Athletic in 2012.
The Nigeria could bring up his century for the club this week if he features in both of their matches: a League Cup clash against Bournemouth on Wednesday and a Premier League game at Everton on Saturday.
