Khalid Boutaib will be eager to end 2017 on a high when Yeni Malatyaspor are away to Kayserispor in the Turkish Süper Lig this weekend.

The Moroccan forward has scored in two games running for his club side, with his goal against Galatasaray helping Malatyaspor to a 2-1 win.

Boutaib, 30, has netted eight goals in 15 top-flight appearances in what has been a breakthrough season for the forward.

He is currently the joint-top scoring African in the Süper Lig with Togo international Emmanuel Adebayor having netted the same amount of goals for Başakşehir in the current campaign.
