Premier League club Huddersfield Town have signed defender Terrence Kongolo on loan for the rest of the season.

The 23-year-old arrives from French Ligue 1 side Monaco, where was unable to secure regular first team football following a summer move from Feyenoord.

Kongolo is a full Dutch international, but is of Congolese descent, having been born in Switzerland to Congolese parents. He was a part of the Netherlands’ squad at the last World Cup in Brazil.
