The Football Association of Zambia have made changes in the technical team of the senior national side ahead of the 2018 CAF African Nations Championship.

With coach Wedson Nyirenda preparing his squad for the tournament, FAZ have removed team manager Chris Chibuye, as well as equipment and logistics manager Gerald Sakala.

The duo has been replaced by Hastings Ndovi as manager and Goodson Mbozi takes over as logistics and equipment manager.

Meanwhile, Dr Mwila Lupasha has taken over the vacancy left by Dr George Magwende as Team Doctor.

The Chipolopolo’s 28-member provisional squad will set up camp in Lusaka before departure for Morocco later this week.

Zambia opens its Group B account on January 14 against Uganda with a tie against Ivory Coast coming four days later.

They will wrap up their group matches on January 22 against Namibia.

They have been at the CHAN twice, with a third place finish in 2009 while their last appearance in 2016 ended with a quarterfinal finish. CLICK HERE TO VISIT AFRICAN FOOTBALL ZAMBIA
