The Gabon international says he has enjoyed working with Southampton FC manager Mauricio Pellegrino this season.
The central midfielder joined the Saints from Italian Serie A giants Juventus prior to the start of the current 2017/18 English Premier League season.
Having made 15 league appearances for the Saints, Lemina revealed that the Argentine tactician has been helping him.
“Pellegrino has spoken with me and he’s helped me,” he said on the Daily Echo.
“I’m a player who thrives on confidence and Mauricio has been helping me and added things to my game.
“I’m enjoying working with him.”
Lemina was introduced in the 80th minute as Southampton beat Fulham 1-0 in an FA Cup match on Saturday.
He will be hoping to start when the Saints face Watford FC away in a league game this weekend.
