Cameroon and Porto striker Vincent Aboubakar continues to be linked with a move to the Premier League in this transfer window.
The 25-year-old Indomitable Lions attacker is enjoying the best season of his career, having already netted 14 goals in just 17 Primeira Liga matches for Porto.
Such form has naturally drawn admiring glances from elsewhere in Europe, including struggling Premier League Swansea.
The Welsh club had scouts in the stands of Estadio Do Dragao last weekend to watch Aboubakar, who netted the opening goal in Porto’s 4-2 win over Vitoria Guimaraes.
However, the Cameroonian is not the only striker on Swansea’s transfer radar, as they have also been linked with a move for West Ham United’s Diafra Sakho.
Regardless, Aboubakar will simply put his focus on Porto and their next match, which sees them play away to Moreirense in the Taca de Portugal (domestic cup competition) at 22h30 CAT tonight.
