Premier League club Crystal Palace have submitted a transfer bid for Fiorentina’s Senegalese forward Khouma Babacar.
Sky Italia reports that the Eagles are keen on signing the 24-year-old, who made his first appearance for the Teranga Lions in March 2017.
Palace manager Roy Hodgson is on the hunt for strikers, with Christian Benteke having scored just once in 16 matches this season.
The London side has also been linked with Babacar’s compatriot and Everton forward Oumar Niasse.
Babacar has scored four goals in 15 Serie A appearances this season, while last term he scored 10 times from 22 appearances.
