Crystal Palace are said to be closing in on the signing of West Ham United forward Diafra Sakho.
The Eagles have been linked with several strikers over the past few weeks with fellow Senegalese front-men Khouma Babacar and Oumar Niasse also said to be on Palace's transfer radar.
Sakho, who started life in East London with a bang, has slipped down the pecking order and is reportedly keen on ending his stay with the Hammers.
The 28-year-old scored eight goals in ten games - including goals in seven consecutive matches in a blistering start for the Irons.
Injury, though, hampered his progress with the club as Sakho now looks set to join West Ham's Premier League rivals who are eager to find competition for a struggling Christian Benteke.
