Fiorentina are reportedly prepared to sell Senegalese attacker Khouma Babacar this month and are waiting for Crystal Palace to table a formal offer.
Sky Italia reports that Palace and Fiorentina have been in contract over the 24-year-old but the Eagles have yet to make a formal bid.
It had been reported in the English press that Palace had made an offer, with the London club hoping to beat competition from West Ham United for Babacar’s signature.
Fiorentina are willing to sell the player for the right price, while Babacar is reportedly happy to move to the Premier League.
The Senegalese attacker has netted four goals in 15 Serie A appearances this season.
