FC Porto's Vincent Aboubakar

Vincent Aboubakar and his Porto teammates had something of a scare earlier this week when their Primeira Liga match at Estoril was abandoned due to fears that a stand in the Estadio Antonio Cimbra da Mota could collapse.
The league match on Monday night was abandoned at half time - with Estoril leading 1-0 - after security guards on duty noticed cracks in the walls and fans reported cement blocks falling down as they exited the toilets.
A section of Porto’s travelling fans were ordered to evacuate onto the pitch, forcing the abandonment of the match.
Aboubakar’s side were looking to reclaim top spot on the league standings, having been overhauled by Sporting over the weekend.
Porto are currently second in the Primeira Liga log, a point adrift of the Lisbon giants, but they now have a game in hand.
The Cameroonian striker has played a major role in Porto’s success thus far in the 2017/18 season, scoring 14 goals in 18 league appearances.
Aboubakar and Porto will be gearing up for their next Liga clash, which sees them host Tondela tomorrow night, kick-off at 23h00 CAT.
