Zambia and Platinum Stars striker Brian Mwila is yet to report to camp at the South African Premier Soccer League side in 2018.
Mwila left the club last month heading to Zambia for the Christmas break, but has not returned to Rustenburg.
According to coach Roger De Sa, the Chipolopolo international has disappeared and is reportedly looking for a move to Europe.
Dikwena continue to flirt with relegation after suffering a 3-0 loss at the hands of Absa Premiership log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday.
"He just disappeared and we have never seen him again," said De Sa.
"He went home for Christmas in Zambia. As far we heard he is looking for a club in Europe."
The forward completed his switch to Phokeng from Zambian Super League side Green Buffaloes, but is yet to find the back of the net in South Africa.
On the other hand, the former Orlando Pirates and Ajax Cape Town coach said they will sign Malawian and Bidvest Wits’ midfielder Gerald Phiri.
