The German Bundesliga is known for a high pressing game and to be a star player in a league such as that, it should be seen as a massive achievement.
That feat is currently enjoyed by Guinea and RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita who is seen as one of the best midfielders in the Bundesliga.
Keita has provided three goals, one assist and has been involved in tackes reaching a percentage of 30.5 per match so far.
Moreover, the best statistic in his game is the one which defines his primary role in the heart of the park, to distribute passes where his pass completion rate stands at 83.7%.
In this category as one of the best midfielders in the league, he competes with Schalke 04's Leon Goretzka and Bayern Munich's Arturo Vidal in the current term.
After playing 14 games for Leipzig, Keita has made 651 passes and is certainly a vital member of the squad as he helps in quick transitions, chips in with goals and comes to the defence's aid with recovery tackles.
Although the 22-year-old has played fewer passes than Vidal (651 to 761), the former Salzburg man sees more of the ball than any of his RB teammates as well as attempting and winning more one-on-one duels than any of this trio.
