Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund are at loggerheads with the latter eager to hold onto star forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
According to reports, the German Bundesliga club have demanded a transfer fee of over £50 million for the Gabon international's signature - the Gunners, though, are reluctant to cough up that sort of cash.
Arsenal have stepped up their pursuit of the 28-year-old this month following Alexis Sanchez move to English Premier League rivals Manchester United.
Aubameyang has scored 21 goals in 23 appearances for Dortmund this season, taking his goal-scoring tally at the club to 141 in 212 appearances.
If Arsenal are to meet Dortmund's evaluation of Aubameyang this month, the North London club will break their transfer record.
