Both sides have only met twice on the international scene, with the Selecao das Quinas claiming victories on both occasions in 1995 and 2005.
“The March games are already defined and we're going back to Switzerland! Portugal x Egypt, Portugal x Netherlands,” the Portuguese FA tweeted.
The Pharaohs are in Group A with hosts Russia, Uruguay and Saudi Arabia and will begin their campaign against Uruguay at the Ekaterinburg Arena on June 15.
