Senegal and West Ham United striker Diafra Sakho has joined French Ligue1 side, Stade Rennais FC for a £8m.
The Hammers have confirmed the forward’s move after spending three-and-a-half seasons at the London Stadium.
During his stay in the English Premier League, he found the back of the net on 24 occasions in 71 first-team appearances.
Sakho moved to East London from FC Metz in the summer of 2014 and scored in his first six Premier League games to equal a record and earn him that October's Player of the Month award.
However, injuries and competition for places restricted the Senegal international's appearances over the last two years.
In the past two seasons, he has only managed to start two EPL matches since the start of the 2016/17 season.
On the other hand, the Irons have already indicated to their Ghanaian striker Andre Ayew that he can leave the club and are pursuing a replacement, with former Southampton striker Graziano Pelle as the manager David Moyes’ target.
