The 25-year-old toward has described his 'great feeling' at hitting the 30-goal mark for Liverpool with his strike in Wednesday's victory over FC Porto in Portugal, but he isn't satisfied yet.
Salah, who joined Liverpool from Italian side AS Roma prior to the start of the current season, scored once as the Reds secured a 5-0 win over Portuguese giants FC Porto in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 first-leg game.
The left-footed attacker has now netted 30 goals in 36 appearances in all competitions for the Reds, who will host West Ham United in an English Premier League game at the Anfield Stadium on Saturday.
“It is a great feeling to have scored 30 goals in a first season at a club like Liverpool,” Salah told the club’s official website.
“It’s something huge, so I am very happy about it – but I have to carry on and keep looking forward to score many more goals.
“In my mind I am always trying to improve and I’m doing it every single day. Every day I look at myself and try to improve myself all the time,” he added.
“I am happy at the moment, I feel good, and that’s the most important thing – and 100 per cent, there is still more to come.”
The Egypt international stated he’s surrounded by quality players, who helped him score 30 goals in his first season at Liverpool.
“I’ve said before, the players and the coaches here make it easier for you. I play alongside very good players, each one has different qualities, and that makes it easier for me,” he added.
“I am very happy to play alongside them; all of them, they have helped me a lot to score goals. I am very happy to be with this group.”
