Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah should spurn any off-season advances and remain with Liverpool for at least one more campaign, according to compatriot Ahmed Elmohamady.
The former Roma attacker has been in sublime form since joining the Reds at the start of the 2017/18 season, scoring 30 goals across all competitions.
This has led to speculation that the Pharaohs man will be the subject of a big-money bid from Real Madrid in the European summer.
However, Salah’s international teammate Ahmed Elmohamady believes he should remain with Liverpool for at least another season.
“His spell with Chelsea helped him a lot,” Elmohamady told KingFut, referring to Salah’s time with the Blues in 2014.
“He is a source of happiness and joy to us, in my opinion, I think he should stay at Liverpool.
“He’s the club’s superstar, but if he wants to leave he should leave after spending another season at Liverpool at least.”
