Zanaco FC coach Munamba Numba says he wants to avoid conceding a goal in their CAF Champions League preliminary stage second leg clash in Gambia.
The Zambia Super Division side will visit Armed Forces this week as they are fresh from a 3-0 win at home in the first leg.
Zanaco had a final training session on Monday at Sunset Stadium prior to their departure for Gambia and Numba addressed a number of issues including the two changes made to the squad.
The gaffer said the team had prepared well for the match and was only working on their tactical approach going into the return leg.
“The team is shaping up well. We did our preparations last week. We are just working on our tactical aspect of the game,” he said to ZambianFootball.
“We are looking at our aspect part of the game that’s why we have named more midfielders because we want to close them and not concede any goals as we play there.
“The morale and the motivation in camp is very high. We are not going to limit ourselves, we will aim high and probably go all the way.”
Meanwhile, the team will miss Jimmy Nakena due to documentation issues while Isaac Chansa has replaced Chitiya Mususu.
A win for the Zambians will see them through to the first round of the continental club competition.
