Ivorian Toure backs Man City ahead of Carabao Cup final

Legendary Ivorian defender Kolo Toure has backed Manchester City ahead of this season's Carabao Cup final on Sunday.

Toure, who had a successful stint with City during his playing career, told Sky Sports that ‘amazing’ brand of football will see his former side beat Arsenal at Wembley.

"Both teams play great football. Arsenal have a lot of experience of playing finals - this is the thing," he said.

"But [if you ask me who I think is going to win] I will go for City."

"City at the moment are playing the best football in the league right now, even in Europe they are playing amazing football," the Celtic assistant coach continued.

"If they play with the same performance level they are used to, there is no drama [for them] for sure."

Toure won the English Premier League title with City in 2012.
