MC Alger sporting director Kaci Said has lashed out at Nigeria’s MFM for what he believes are destabilising tactics ahead of the teams’ CAF Champions League clash.

MFM will host MCA for the first leg of a first round tie at the Agege Stadium in Lagos on Wednesday afternoon.

The North Africans visitors have complained after their 35-man delegation was only granted a mini bus for the transfer from the airport to their hotel, necessitating two trips back and forth. They have also not been visited by any member of the Algerian consulate.

Said emphasised that MFM’s tactics won’t affect MCA’s focus and added that the Nigerians will be treated well when they head to Algeria for the return game on March 16.

"You know we have become accustomed to these practices of African clubs that act to destabilise the opponent. It will not affect the concentration and determination of the team,” Said is quoted by Le Buteur.

“We are psychologically prepared for any eventuality. We know they will do everything to destabilise us.

“But we are armed to resist all this. But we at the return match, we will receive our guests warmly because we are far from these practices,” Said concluded.
