Manchester United's Eric Bailly (C) and Marcus Rashford (R) attend a training session

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho will be mulling over whether the time is right to reintroduce Eric Bailly to his starting line-up.
The Ivory Coast defender has recently returned to first-team action after a lengthy spell on the sidelines and has made late substitute appearances to help see out matches against Huddersfield Town and Chelsea.
This gradual approach to bringing Bailly back into the team may have to be scrapped this weekend, as United face one of European football best attacking teams in the shape of arch rivals Liverpool.
The Reds boast a fearsome front three of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino (who have scored a combined 45 goals in the Premier League this season) and Mourinho will surely be tempted to reintroduce Bailly, who is widely regarded as the club’s best defender.
Especially after the central defensive pairing of Chris Smalling and Victor Lindelof were once again exposed in United’s 3-2 away win over Crystal Palace on Monday.
The United v Liverpool match will get underway at 14h30 CAT at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
