Fresh from securing a spot in the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League after a 5-0 aggregate win over Porto on Tuesday, Liverpool will hope to bag a win this Saturday.
"It will not be easy but I've always said we can beat any team in the world," said Mane to Sky Sports.
"Honestly they (Manchester United) are one of the best teams in England, of course in the world also, but we are as well.
"It's the dream for every single player to play this kind of game so everyone is looking forward to it."
Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino have scored a combined 11 goals in Liverpool's last five Premier League games.
