Niger Tornadoes midfielder Bolaji Adeyemo is enjoying working with the club’s interim head coach Abara Hamza.
Hamza was appointed on interim basis after Erasmus Onuh was sacked by the club last month.
The tactician has been in charge of two Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) matches - winning one and drawing one.
Adeyemo spoke to the league's official website about working with Hamza, who is a former Sokoto United coach.
“Coach Hamza is professional. I learned something new in every session he conducts, he understands the players the more and it really helped us against Abia Warriors,” Adeyemo said.
“He was with us before (as assistant coach to Abdullahi Biffo at Tornadoes in 2016). We are learning new tricks everyday under him.
"And we hope to do better this season with him and I will suggest he’s given full support to work on a permanent basis.”
Tornadoes, who are placed 14th on the league standings, will host third-placed Plateau United at the Lokoja Confluence Stadium on Sunday.
